• Design and Execution of HV Substations:
Design and Execution of HV Substations (from 0.4 to 400kV) as a turnkey contractor is one of the company’s main fields. Upon the staff great experience in the most important executed projects in the country and abroad by Iranian General Contractors, Ray-Avin-Fan is enable to cover all activities related to HV Substations (i.e. HV Equipment, Control and Protection, LVAC, LVDC, Cables and accessories, UPS and batteries, etc.). This includes the basic and detail designs, procurement, panel manufacturing, and finally installation, commissioning and maintenance of all HV and LV Equipment. For procurement, a wide range of products from the world known manufacturers can be offered, which makes our offers very competitive from both price and delivery views. Panel Manufacturing is being done by most reputable Iranian panel builder according to international standards and the quality is as high as western European products. A good support form installers teams make us to achieve the Project Time Schedule targets in the best possible time.
For the Equipment setting and testing we are utilizing the world’s famous Software packages and Instruments. Stability checking, Setting’s Coordination and Overall functionality checking are among these services.
Holding different Trainings for Maintenance and Operation of such equipment is another service, offered by this Dept.

• Electrical Installation of Industrial Complexes, Factories and Buildings
Design, Procurement and Execution of the LV and MV facilities and Installations for Industrial Complexes, Factories and Buildings are another major activity of this department. In the study phase all preliminary studies (e.g. Voltage Dropt, Load Flow, Short Circuit, illumination intensities, Grounding, etc.) would be done with assistance of the well-known packages. According to the result of these calculations basic and detail design of the Installations would be conducted. MV and LV cubical are designed based on the demands and would be manufactured by reputable panel builders (fix or withdraw able). Other execution and instruction documents such as General Layouts and Arrangements of Equipment, Lighting Circuits and Arrangement, Communication and Paging system, Fire Detection, Cable, Cable Trays and routes, Grounding, Cabling and wiring tables, would be prepared accordingly.
Meanwhile, designing of elevators and escalators for shopping centers and multi stairs clerical buildings is another activity of this section. This includes preliminary study, providing consultation services, preparing tender document and supervising over execution.
